Vintage Handmade Wedding, Guildford

Last week we photographed the wedding of Alex and Colin at St. John's Church just outside Guildford, followed by afternoon tea in the nearby Merrow Village Hall.

We can honestly say it was one of the most amazing hall transformations we have seen. With Alex's love of anything vintage or handmade, and Colin's passion for film, it really was a feast for the eyes! Alex said that she was inspired by the many images she had seen on Pinterest and looking around the venue it was obvious how much hard work she had put in, and not a detail was missed!

Each of the tables were named after one of their favourite films, and the napkins had romantic iconic movie quotes written on them. In the background was a showreel of classic clips from the silver screen. Looking around the room there were vintage teacups, fairy lights, flowers... the list goes on! If you were ever stuck for ideas for this type of wedding, Colin and Alex would certainly be the people to talk to!!
