It was a nice day for a white wedding...

We were privileged to be asked to photograph the wedding of Dan and Abi at the end of May. This wedding took us a little further afield to Oxford where they were married at the Dominic Barberi Church. It was a beautiful ceremony inside this lovely light and modern church, filled with tears of laughter and joy.

Afterwards everyone headed to Little Milton Village Hall, ready for the festivities to begin. It was such a relaxed atmosphere with a BBQ and hog roast before the speeches got underway... and they were well worth waiting for! The highlight of it for us has to be Abi's parents brilliant rendition of the Billy Idol classic, White Wedding, which had everyone clapping and singing along!  

Next came the vintage ice cream van which went down really well with all the guests, especially all the kids who were there.

Dan has a very large Irish family, and for a perfect end to the perfect day, they had a Ceilidh. Abi and Dan started with their first dance but it's wasn't long before everyone was dosey doeing around the dance floor well into the evening!
